Please join us for our October event!
In August, Dr. Kirkpatrick led an engaging discussion about the differences between assessment and evaluation. In October, she will continue that discussion by focusing on training evaluation. She will review current thinking on training evaluation (sneak peek: It’s not the “pyramid” model of evaluation!) and discuss different approaches to return-on-investment (ROI), including return-on-expectations and qualitative estimates of ROI.
